Step 1 - Think of people that you know can speak on behalf of your work ethic and experience.
 
Note: Three to four references are the standard amount of references to provide.
 
Note: They can be previous or current supervisors, coworkers, teachers/professors or family friends.
 
Step 2 - Gather their contact information (phone, email, and job title if possible).
 
Step 3 - Create a Reference Page.

Also note that your reference page should be separate from your resume, but should match the font, font size, style, and format of your resume.
