To be potentially eligible for Training Benefits, you must:

• Have a current unemployment claim

• Submit a TB Application within 90 days of filing or reopening your claim

• Be eligible for or have exhausted your regular unemployment benefits

• Have a long-term work history in an occupation or using a particular skill
